Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical Specialist position available in Roswell, Georgia. This role involves providing specialized interventional and vascular procedures in a healthcare setting, requiring independent functioning after appropriate orientation and competency verification.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with on-call responsibilities weekly.
- Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire, including ARRT-R (Radiography) and BLS. A minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional special procedures within interventional radiology or vascular hybrid settings is required.
- Able to function independently during procedures after appropriate orientation/competency on the unit and as demonstrated by being placed on call rotation.
- Competency in all aspects of interventional/vascular procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection.
- Must hold a special/advanced procedure registry as outlined above.
- Requires an understanding of anatomy and pathology and how they impact the quality of procedures.
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English and a positive attitude are essential.
- Additional Information: This position requires the ability to perform advanced procedures with proficiency and confidence in a fast-paced clinical environment.
