Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for hospitalized patients
- Maximize functional status of patients, with a focus on swing bed and minimal outpatient populations
- Manage a caseload of approximately 6–10 patients per day in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure safe and effective transitions of care
- Perform administrative duties and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
- Pursue ongoing professional growth and perform other duties as assigned
- Active national OT license and/or Oklahoma state OT license required
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
- Proficiency or ability to work within Cerner EMR
- No call or floating requirements
- Experience in geriatric care or swing bed settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based occupational therapy environments
- Straightforward assignment with no call, no floating, and a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Focused, manageable caseload in a 1:1 care environment allowing for meaningful patient engagement
