Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position available in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves performing diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory setting. Job Details:
- Position / Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH)
- Shift: 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts during daytime hours (06:30 AM - 07:00 PM)
- Schedule: Days, Minimum of 48 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Location: Springfield, Illinois
- Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic cardiac catheterization lab and interventional cardiac catheterization lab; active Illinois license; certifications including ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and RCIS.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac implant closure devices, stent placements, IABP placement, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and other invasive cardiac procedures.
- On-Call Requirement: Yes; call required as needed with flexible frequency, rotating with staff and agency.
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days off.
- Additional Information: Experience with electronic medical records system Cerner required. Candidate must be comfortable with infection control practices including sterile techniques and isolation precautions. Float within scope may be required, though not explicitly specified.
