Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift position at a Level III Trauma Center located in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves providing imaging services in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on cardiac computed tomography (CT) procedures. The technologist will work a fixed night schedule, including weekends and call shifts, supporting urgent and critical patient cases across general, diagnostic, interventional, ER, and ICU settings.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, Fridays to Sundays from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Call shifts are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, averaging 1-2 shifts per month.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in CT, WA state license, current BLS certification, 1 year of acute care experience in a large Level 3+ facility, preferred experience with cardiac CT procedures and broad interdisciplinary exposure.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens and Change Healthcare PACS systems; familiarity with dual-source and interventional CT equipment.
- Additional Information: The selected candidate will support imaging procedures in a busy hospital environment, working with off-site radiologists and an experienced team of CT professionals. Orientation includes a one-week training period, with potential for extension if needed. Floating is typically not required outside the designated department. Scrub attire should be professional, without logos or designs. Parking is provided free of charge.
