Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations
- Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care, progressing patients toward prior level of function or maximum medical improvement
- Provide treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including swing bed evaluations
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records including daily notes, progress reports, and special reports as requested
- Supervise, instruct, and oversee Physical Therapist Assistants, supportive staff, volunteers, and students
- Earned degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy licensure
- Ability to lift, move, and maneuver patients and equipment weighing 20 pounds or more, with or without assistance
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate equipment and perform hands-on patient assessment and treatment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and staff
- Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Prior experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants or therapy support staff
