Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience and current ARRT certification for a day shift assignment at a Level III trauma teaching hospital.
Details
- Interventional Radiology department within a short-term acute care hospital
- Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital with 733 staffed beds
- Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Days, weekends, and call required
- Candidate may float within the hospital or sister campus depending on booking needs
- Uses Epic charting system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
- ARRT registration required
- ACLS certification required prior to start
- Must pass an EKG exam as part of compliance
- State or compact licensure required (pending license not accepted); license required if applicable
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Scrubs provided
- First-time travelers accepted
- Not open to local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the main campus
- Returning travelers must have been gone for at least 1 year before returning to this facility
- Facility has a 2 contract limit for day shift assignments; travelers must wait 6 months before reapplying after reaching the extension limit
- RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a maximum of 4 days and only 1 holiday approved
- All callouts for scheduled shifts must be made up as deemed necessary by the department
