Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluations, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the direct delivery of therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support patient rehabilitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state physical therapy license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
