We're seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an exciting 13-week travel assignment in Waterbury, Connecticut. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative imaging team, work with advanced technology, and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Location: Waterbury, CT
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time (shift: 12:00pm-20:30pm)
As a CT Technologist, you'll perform high-quality computed tomography procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and excellent imaging outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled imaging professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols
- Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging exams
- Ensure image quality and patient safety throughout each procedure
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and equipment quality standards
- Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory guidelines
- Current ARRT certification
- Connecticut Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility, if applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Previous CT experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
