Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring current ARRT/CT certification and a Kansas LRT license.
Details
- Work within the CT Tech unit performing Radiography and Computed Tomography procedures
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule among technologists
- On-call coverage required for weekends
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification and registration in Computed Tomography (CT) in good standing
- Current BLS with AED certification approved by the American Heart Association required upon hire or within first 60 days, and must be maintained throughout employment
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) with the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) required if applicable
Additional Information
- May be required to work some holidays
- Subject to floating in rotation with regular staff according to facility floating policies and clinical experience, with appropriate orientation provided per Joint Commission standards
- Time off requests should be submitted at time of application, with preference for no time off during the first few weeks of the assignment
