What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Recent Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication, orthopedic, and patient care skills.
