Interventional Radiology Tech Location
Knox Community Hospital, Ohio
Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleDay 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:30)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech with solid cardiac experience to join our Level II Cath Lab. The tech will be responsible for performing interventional radiology procedures, primarily angiograms and stenting, without open-heart surgery.
Responsibilities- Perform interventional radiology procedures including angiograms and stenting.
- Respond to STEMI calls and provide patient care during emergency situations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to hospital protocols and safety measures.
- Participate in call rotation, being available once a week on every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Valid ARRT certification.
- ACLS certification required.
- Experience with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella technology.
- Minimum of one year of cardiac experience preferred.
