Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Mound City, Missouri. This role involves providing rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The position focuses on supporting patient recovery through evidence-based practices, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Job Details:

- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active State Licensure/Registration; a minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist Assistant experience; Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience; COTA license.

- Additional Information: Responsibilities include administering procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, use of supportive and assistive devices, assessing patient progress, and communicating with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
