Physical Therapist Outpatient in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in physical therapy; current Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) licensure or Compact for Colorado; minimum of 0 years of experience; at least 2 years of PT experience preferred; BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

- Additional Information: The position requires the travelers permanent address to be at least 75 miles away from the facility. Candidates must have the correct Social Security Number and date of birth registered in the system to assist with onboarding.
