Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings post clinicals
Assignment Details
- Schedule includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Shift hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- Open to 4x10s
- EMR: Raintree
- Three HealthStream modules must be completed pre-assignment
