American Traveler is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist for a long-term travel assignment requiring active licensure and prior experience in an outpatient setting.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- 5x8-hour AM shifts, 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Uses InSync EMR system
Requirements
- Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment
- Experience in an outpatient setting required
- One professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Equipment and parking details will be provided during the interview and first day
- Dress code information will be shared on the first day
- Holiday weeks may require additional scheduled hours
- Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
