Location: Parkers Prairie, Minnesota
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Flexible scheduling available.
Highlights:
- 13-week contract with competitive compensation
- Diverse practice settings: 85% skilled nursing/long-term care, 10% assisted/independent living, 5% outpatient
- Primarily geriatric caseload (90%) with adult patient population (10%)
- Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends
- Includes one day per week at a location approximately 30 minutes away
- Flexible scheduling and guaranteed hours available
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- Allied healthcare certification as required
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, and geriatric populations preferred
- Availability to complete 3-week onboarding process prior to start date
- Willingness to travel locally (30 minutes) one day per week
