Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with neuro experience and at least 1 year of recent experience for a 13-week (extendable to 26-week) day shift assignment.
Details
- Interventional Radiology unit setting
- 5x8 hour day shifts, varied start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Weekend coverage supported by a rotating call schedule among 6 to 8 staff members
- On-call responsibilities after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends, supported by primary and backup call techs
- Potential to float to other units or campuses based on staffing needs, within demonstrated competencies
- Preferred experience with Epic EMR
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology
- Neuro experience required
- ARRT-R certification required, ARRT-VI preferred
- BLS certification required
- SC Radiography State License required if applicable
- 1 year minimum experience with Epic EMR required
- Preferred experience in teaching hospital and Trauma Level I settings
- Proficiency with PACS equipment
- Additional experience in NICU, Peds, Trauma, and ER preferred
Additional Information
- Perform interventional radiology procedures within a clinical team supporting neuro cases
- Annual compliance orientation held every Monday
- Pre-assignment testing and required modules must be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
