Job Details:

- Required Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist (PT): Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, new graduates encouraged to apply.
