Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and current California PT licensure.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within the Physical Rehabilitation unit
- Shift schedule of 4x10's, 06:00-16:30
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current California Physical Therapy license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required upon hire and must be maintained
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Previous acute care hospital experience preferred
- DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required
Additional Information
- Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders
- Performs duties in accordance with hospital policy and state/federal regulatory and accrediting requirements
