Location: Larimore, North Dakota, with travel to nearby communities
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week
Highlights:
- 13-week contract with flexible scheduling options available
- Multi-site position serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement provided between facility locations
- Primarily geriatric caseload (85%) with adult patient population (15%)
- Consistent day shift hours with no weekend or on-call requirements
- Competitive compensation with guaranteed weekly hours
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota or ability to obtain
- Experience in skilled nursing facility and long-term care settings preferred
- Willingness to travel between multiple facility locations within the region
- Availability to complete 3-week onboarding process prior to start date
