Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health setting requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Home Health care setting within the Therapy unit
- 13-week assignment with Days shift schedule
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Uses a computerized charting system for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility
