The Massachusetts-based Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health (PT HH) role involves providing direct patient care in a home health setting. Job Details:
- Location: 165 Tor Court, Pittsfield, MA 01201
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience including Home Health, hospital-based acute nursing care, and proficiency with OASIS; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified home health experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The physical therapist is responsible for delivering services to clients in a home health environment, utilizing rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and activities of daily living (ADL) equipment. Certification of current work history and a supervisory signed reference from within the past two years are required for submission. Travelers must include their permanent address in the profile and have their own vehicle for this assignment. All scheduled requests and RTOs must be submitted at the time of application; requests after offer could result in rescinded offers.
