Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and continually update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills along with excellent documentation and communication capabilities.
