Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel Radiographer X-Ray Tech with OR and fluoroscopy experience for a hospital radiology department requiring an active NH license in hand prior to consideration.
Details
- 330-bed hospital radiology department performing diagnostic X-ray procedures
- Unit staffed with 5 techs during the day and 2 on weekends, plus on-call backup coverage
- Equipment includes Philips, Siemens, and GE OEC C-arms, Carestream and Canon portables, and Canon and Siemens XR rooms
- Uses Allscripts documentation system
- Night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Saturday
- Rotating every 4th weekend required
- Must be able to take call
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Active NH state license required in hand prior to consideration (license required if applicable)
- OR and fluoroscopy experience required
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures across the radiology unit
- Two new Canon XR rooms recently added to the department
- Department includes a mix of new and experienced technologists across all imaging areas
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, with no exceptions for local candidates
- No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months
