Setting: Outpatient

Requirements:
2 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Work 4x10's, alternating weekdays.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
