About Allied Support for Kids
Ardor Schools & Kids (A.S.K): Empowering Clinicians to Shape the Future of Kids
At Ardor Health, our journey began in 2001 with a simple, powerful belief: passionate clinicians can transform lives, especially when they are embedded in the communities where children learn, grow, and thrive. Today, we are proud to reconnect with that legacy in a bold new way through Ardor Schools & Kids (A.S.K), a dedicated initiative designed to create meaningful impact in both school and pediatric settings.
A.S.K is more than a staffing program. It is a purpose driven movement that brings together Ardor’s deep history of school based clinical placements with a growing network of pediatric focused opportunities nationwide. Whether supporting students in the classroom or caring for young patients in clinical environments, A.S.K empowers therapists and clinicians to make an authentic, lasting difference in the lives of children and families.
Why A.S.K Matters
Impact that goes beyond care. This is more than a job. It is service, advocacy, and community engagement. A.S.K clinicians are not only providers, but mentors, allies, and champions for kids.
A return to our roots. Ardor Health was founded on strong partnerships within school communities. A.S.K strengthens that foundation while expanding our reach into pediatric care settings where the need is growing every day.
Flexible, meaningful opportunities. From classroom support to pediatric clinics and specialized care environments, A.S.K offers assignments that align with your passion, expertise, and career goals.
Who A.S.K Serves
Clinicians seeking purposeful pediatric and school based roles where their skills can create measurable change.
School districts and healthcare facilities looking for tailored staffing solutions that directly support student and patient success.
Therapy students and new graduates ready to launch careers centered on impact, growth, and purpose.
With A.S.K, helping kids is not just a career. It is a calling. We are here to provide the opportunities, support, and partnership clinicians need to make a meaningful difference where it matters most, with kids.
