Outpatient Physical Therapist
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
Hours: 40/week
EHR: Epic
Requirements: State PT license, CPR, 1+ year experience, outpatient orthopedic experience
Preferred: Neuro, balance, pain management, and general rehabilitation experience
Patient Population: Orthopedic, neurological, and general debility patients
Ratios: 1:1 treatment sessions
Equipment: Ultrasound, E-stim, LiteGait
Float: Between RS and WF outpatient locations as needed
