Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:15 PM, 5x8s, 40 guaranteed hours; no weekend or call requirement
Experience: Minimum 1 year, with outpatient orthopedics required
Required: State PT license and CPR
Preferred: Outpatient, orthopedics, generalist, neuro, balance and pain management experience
EMR: Epic
Unit: 25-bed facility with 1:1 treatment sessions; ultrasound, e-stim and LiteGait equipment
Duties: Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological and general debility patients one to one; float between the two outpatient locations to meet patient demand
Note: Charcoal gray scrubs; no extreme hairstyles or facial jewelry
