Job Details
- Schedule: 4x10s, 0700-1730, on-call required (1 day per week; 1 weekend every 6 weeks; 1 week no call)
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), RCIS or ARRT (RT), Texas MRT, minimum 2 years of clinical experience, and valid certification/degrees.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role requires proficiency in complex invasive cardiac and vascular principles, equipment, and techniques, along with knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. Candidates should demonstrate precision, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include assisting with arteriograms, catheterizations, pacemaker implantations, and performing pre- and post-procedure patient care. The technician will also ensure sterile environments, monitor patient ECGs, and maintain inventory and safety standards.
