Key Responsibilities- Perform objective occupational therapy assessments for patients of all ages under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs in accordance with departmental policies and procedures regarding referral
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services within a full-service hospital setting
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient records
- Adhere to call requirements and float requirements as directed by the facility
- Current Oklahoma OTR or LOTR licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to work a Day shift schedule (5x8)
- Experience providing care for patients across all age groups
- Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation settings and standards of treatment
- Work within a recognized full-service tertiary hospital that has earned national quality and patient safety distinctions from The Joint Commission
