Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapist to join our client's Home Health Program in a growing care team serving patients.
Job Detail:
Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Calico Rock, AR [Coverage Areas: 50-mile radius surrounding Calico Rock]
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 6+ Months
Local Pay: $55.00 - $60.00/hour (W-2)
Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,700/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend) *
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32-40 hours
On-Call/Weekend Requirement: No
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (from first patient to last patient)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PT evaluations for home health patients.
- Conduct PT reassessments to monitor patient progress.
- Complete PT Start of Care (SOC) visits for new home health admissions.
- Provide PT treatment visits as needed.
- Deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Required Qualification/Certification
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment
- Home Health experience required
- Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area
- CPR Certification
