Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patients' families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to differing facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
