Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Valid active license, minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, location in Terre Haute, IN, and flexibility to start on 08/17/2026
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient physical therapy and relevant clinical certifications if applicable
- Additional Information: The credentialing process requires completion of documentation with the organization outside of the agencys clearance packet before the start date. Use of provided equipment during interviews and a dress code will be specified on the first day. Parking will be provided during the first day of the assignment.
