Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of experience who can both scrub and circulate independently in a General Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
Details
- General Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- Rotating call schedule including approximately one weekend per month
- Full-time, 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
- Ability to scrub Cath Lab procedures independently strongly preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
- License required if applicable
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Additional Information
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Scrub, circulate, and support physicians during procedures
- Maintain a safe and sterile procedural environment
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply and could affect pay rate
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required
