Job Description & Requirements

Tell us about the unit(s):
- Number of Beds - Cath lab 8 Holding Bays and 4 Cath / EP suites
- Number of Staff – 16
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift - day shift 6:30 to 5:30
- Night Shift - rotating on call
- Patient Ratios - 3 staff to 1 patient. Cath Lab procedural area
- Type of equipment – Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, CardioLab for EP
- EMR - Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 6 months’ current Cath Lab Tech experience
- BLS
- ARRT (R)
- RCIS or RCES
- If they have the RCIS or RCES, they must be willing and able to apply for register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before they start working
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred
- Scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience
- Prior Meditech experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- LHC, RHC, EP ablations
- Pacers, ICD’s, Cardioversions, TEE’s Tilt Table Tests.
- EP /Structural Heart / Monitoring skills and Right Heart monitoring.
