Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Dublin, Virginia. This full-time Clinical Director position offers an exciting leadership opportunity within an outpatient setting. The role involves leading a team of clinicians, delivering evidence-based treatments, and fostering a patient-first culture to support patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, dayshift, with 8 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred; strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient orthopedic experience, leadership or supervisory experience
- Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and neurological conditions. Provide day-to-day leadership for clinic operations, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative, positive culture. Build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners. Maintain accurate documentation utilizing Scribe AI-powered technology and the Raintree EMR platform. Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining high standards of patient care.
