Description

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with at least 2 years of acute care experience and active BLS certification for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma acute care facility in Redding, CA.

Details

  • Acute care hospital setting at a Level II Trauma Center
  • Speech Pathology unit
  • 10-hour day shifts, every other weekend (EOW)
  • 13-week contract
  • Cerner EMR in use

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care facility
  • Active CA Speech-Language Pathology license required (pending licenses not accepted) — license required if applicable
  • Active BLS certification required (pending certifications not accepted)
  • COVID vaccination required
  • Valid driver's license required for consideration
  • 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

  • Candidates must not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered
