Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient and med-surg setting
- Deliver patient care in accordance with facility protocols using Meditech, Nethealth, and paper-based documentation systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Float to acute rehabilitation unit as needed, with training provided across all applicable units
- Adhere to facility dress code and operational standards throughout the assignment
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency in outpatient and/or med-surg physical therapy settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple care settings
- 2–3 years of hospital-based physical therapy experience
- Prior experience in acute rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with Meditech or Nethealth EMR systems
- Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across outpatient, med-surg, and acute rehabilitation environments within a single assignment
