Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in Sidney, Montana. This role involves performing PET/CT imaging within a newly established department, requiring dual certification in Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography. The position focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 9 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography, associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Montana state licensure or certification, at least 1 year of experience in CT imaging, and familiarity with PET/CT procedures
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with establishing new imaging protocols and workflows, prior training or mentoring experience, competence in troubleshooting imaging equipment
- Additional Information: Join a facility launching a new PET-CT department, with responsibilities including interpreting physician orders, selecting imaging parameters, and assisting in protocol development. Training new technologists and coordinating with healthcare professionals are key parts of the role.
