Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient care environments
- Prior experience in a mixed outpatient/inpatient therapy setting
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
