Job Details
- Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with generally closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy, Arizona state licensure, and 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience. New graduates are accepted.
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Patient Volume: 810 patients per day
- Patient Population: Adults and Geriatric
- Types of Cases Seen: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain (Post-Operative), Calf Strain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headache, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar Fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care), SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TMJ Dysfunction, Total Joint Replacement

- Staff Support: Front desk staff and rehab aides
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
