Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8s, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Deliver patient care in accordance with facility protocols and within the full scope of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
- Participate in emergency response activities during hurricane season (June through November) if assigned
- Active South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at the start of the contract
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous travel therapy experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
- Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
- Experience working in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records charting system
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional holiday coverage as needed
- No weekend or on-call requirements, offering a consistent and predictable daytime schedule
