Location: Northwestern Kansas, near the Nebraska and Colorado borders
Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts, 8am to 4pm (flexible scheduling available), 40 guaranteed hours per week. Primarily outpatient services with some inpatient coverage.

Requirements:
- Current Kansas Physical Therapist license in good standing
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
- Complete skills checklist completed within one year of submission
- Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
- Pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check required
- Immunization documentation: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, TB testing, and seasonal Influenza
- COVID vaccination preferred
- Competency exam and Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training required
