Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / IR Technologist with cardiac experience for a Level II cath lab performing interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
Details
- Level II cath lab with interventional cardiology capabilities, without open-heart surgery
- Primary procedures include angiograms and stenting, as well as general interventional radiology
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week over a 23-26 week assignment
- Call required once a week on every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Must be available to take STEMI call
- May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
Requirements
- ACLS and ARRT certification required
- License required if applicable
- IABP and Impella competency required
- Cardiac experience required
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
Additional Information
- Perform interventional radiology and cardiology procedures including angiograms and stenting
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and local rates will apply
