Johnson County Healthcare Center is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week Acute Care assignment in beautiful Buffalo, Wyoming. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a critical access hospital environment, treating a diverse patient population while enjoying the unmatched scenery and outdoor recreation of northern Wyoming.
As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to help patients regain mobility, independence, and function.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, medical, and post-surgical diagnoses
- Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
- Complete timely documentation and patient progress reporting
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge recommendations
