Job Details:
- Location: Spring Branch, Texas
- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient
- Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; 1 year of experience preferred but not required
- Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, vestibular disorders, balance and gait impairments, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve clinical goals
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Scribe AI-powered technology
- Manage a caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care
