- Position: Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for 2026-27 school year (August 3, 2026 – late May 2027)
- Setting: Charter school specializing in students with autism
- Location: Tucson, AZ
- Student Population: Children/students with speech therapy needs, including those with autism
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement student engagement strategies to support progress toward communication goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations; collect and analyze student data
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized communication goals (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on evaluation and treatment planning
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in therapy sessions
- Maintain EMR/IEP documentation and follow data-driven decision-making
- Desired Skills/Experience:
- Pediatric or school-based therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Experience working with children in a therapeutic setting
- Familiarity with ABA practices
- Experience with EMR or IEP online documentation systems
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology License
- ADE Speech-Language Pathology Certification
- SLP-CCC preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly W-2 pay: $55–$65/hour (based on experience)
