Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient/Inpatient position requiring 2+ years of experience and a valid state PT license.
Details
- Rural clinic setting with two locations: primary clinic in Grangeville and a second clinic in Kooskia (25 miles apart)
- Combined caseload of approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage
- Patient population includes general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, worker's comp injuries, and trauma across all age groups
- Some wound care cases for candidates with appropriate certification
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with day shifts of 8 or 10 hours including a 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Rotating weekend coverage required less than once per month
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Valid state PT license required if applicable
- Two professional references required, each covering at least 2 years of experience in the specialty being applied for
- Wound care certification required for candidates handling wound care cases

- Main responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients across both outpatient and inpatient settings in a general rural clinic environment
- Previous employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
