Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years experience for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), and Fluoroscopy certification.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting in the CT/X-Ray unit
- Uses Cerner EMR
- 10-hour day shifts starting at 0700-0730
- Required call with a 30-minute response time, approximately 3-4 days per month
- First to float to X-Ray
- Multi-modality experience preferred but candidates with CT-only experience will be considered
- Equipment includes GE 128 and Siemens 64 CT scanners, GE and Siemens DR X-ray rooms, OEC C-arms, and Carestream portables
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist required
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Fluoroscopy certification required
- California Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- Training may be provided for candidates without multi-modality experience
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging with the ability to float to X-Ray as needed
- Facility provides a RAD badge
- Parking is off-site with shuttle service available; a hangtag from security is required, and a Lyft option is available outside shuttle hours
- Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year, though PRN employment through outside firms will be considered
