- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty being submitted
- No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided

Additional Information
- Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
- No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to local contract restrictions, limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transition to a facility outside the radius
