Occupational Therapist I – Full-Time Days

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist I to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and equipment use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor rehabilitation assistants, technicians, and students as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred)
• Current or eligible Occupational Therapy licensure
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 0–2 years of occupational therapy experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
